Analytics Computers is seeking a highly motivated sales professional / rock star with a proven track record in business development, prospect database management and lead generation through outbound calling. As an IT Managed Services Provider in the Denver / Front Range Colorado market, our core focus is bringing new clients onto our “all you can eat” managed services support agreements, generating a monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Technician responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem(s), determines and implements solutions, and interfaces with ACIS on-site engineers as needed.

This role is responsible for aligning clients with industry best practices, maintaining standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Analytics Computers is sponsoring a registered apprenticeship through the US Department of Labor. The apprenticeship term is 1 year, consists of 40 hours per week of on-the-job learning and 3 hours per week of web-based instruction outside of working hours. Has a starting wage of $15 per hour, a median wage of $20 per hour, and an ending wage of $24 per hour. Upon completion will have certifications from Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA.

Has a starting wage of $15 per hour, a median wage of $22 per hour, and an ending wage of $28 per hour. Upon completion will have certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and CompTIA with advanced certifications in Microsoft Azure and Cloud Architecture.
