ACCA Support Service Agreement

Get Extended Coverage of Support

The ACCA is an annual service agreement between Analytics and the franchise partner. It allows for extended coverage of support that is not covered by corporate under their support umbrella. ACCA aims at being proactive in providing you a certain level of protection while offering you additional help desk services. When you reach five computers or more, you will receive an additional hour of support, included within your service agreement, at no charge. Support services are billed at an hourly rate for additional help desk support provided outside the scope of what is already provided to you as a franchise partner.
