Our firm uses Analytics for all of our computer needs. They are knowledgeable and they are there for us in any emergency. David Johnson is our “computer guy”. We have great respect for David. He speaks our language and knows how to help us even if we do not know how to describe the problem. David is (it seems) always available when we need him. We are a small business without a traditional IT department. Analytics fills that gap for us. We have been with working Calvin and his crew for over 12 years now and continue to be impressed with the quality of their service! In recent years Analytics has developed a call-in Help Desk that allows for immediate resolution of issues as they arise. Greg comes to our office to provide periodically to deal with larger problems and do hands-on updates and “cleaning” of our computers. Can’t say enough about this company! Speedy, thorough, and very nice folks!
