Responsibilities

What You Will Provide for Analytics
  • Onsite IT support
  • Occasional remote IT services
  • Provide valuable solutions
  • Intermediate desktop/server OS, Active Directory, and Exchange support
  • Intermediate network installation and configuration support
  • Proactive/preventive maintenance
  • Promote services to benefit customers
  • Identify basic shortcomings of networks and provide solutions
  • Training to Tier 1 team members

Requirements

Knowledge/Certifications Needed
  • 4+ years experience with desktop and server operating systems
  • Active Directory experience
  • Intermediate network administration and domain environment skills
  • Intermediate understanding of small business routers, firewalls, and networking

We need someone with a professional presentation in all attributes like physical appearance, verbal and written communication, a progressing performance, and reliable transportation, that currently resides within our service area (Denver Metro area). Someone that wants to be part of the company culture. This is a client facing position and our clients want to see the confidence and the eagerness to succeed, train and learn.
